We have all the facilities for normalizing, annealing and heat treatment and also we are fully equipped with all testing facilities for physical, chemical and ultrasonic testing. Each of the product undergoes rigid testing and inspection at various stages from raw material to finished one. Forgings are done in controlled temperature conditions.

The machine shop is equipped with precision machine tools for dimensional accuracy to cover a vide range of products. We have 30 plus lathe machines, grinders, shapers & many more for the proper machining, grinding & bearing machining etc.

The casting plant is having all the modern facilities for the production of High Grade chill roll casting. We have 4 pit furnace and 2 rotary furnace. The company has installed latest measuring instruments. Through quality management and process of continuous improvement the company endeavour to deliver best to the market.

We have established a state-of-the-art infrastructure in a sprawling area to manufacture a superior quality range of Industrial Castings. This facility enables us achieve an installation capacity to fulfill clients' bulk and urgent requirements in a timely manner. Owing to their skills, we have channelized each process at our chilled rolls infrastructure to suit client's preferences.
